Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead complex PM efforts in a DoD/IC context in the Washington, DC area. You will establish cost accounting, manage baselines, and oversee a Reliability and Maintainability program while coordinating with vendors and the client team.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility, a Bachelor’s degree, and 10+ years of PM experience; PMP certification is preferred. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience
• PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an adequate cost accounting system
• Control the program product baseline
• Maintain a Reliability and Maintainability program
• Manage vendors and subcontractors
• Lead the technical management team at the client site
• Advise on staffing levels and skill mix
• Analyze operations to meet goals
• Perform cost-benefit or economic evaluations
• Advise on automation to improve efficiency
• Evaluate organization, methods, and procedures
• Research new or improved business practices
