Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Staff for Special Programs Budget Support in Washington, DC to provide specialized budget support, monitor portfolio execution, and deliver actionable insights for FMZ leadership to keep programs on track.

Applicants must hold an active TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business, and 5+ years in DoD budgeting, including acquisition and project management; travel up to 10%. Salary range: $132,600–$198,800.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent with 4 extra years).
• 5+ years of experience with Department of War Budgets.
• 4+ years acquisition experience.
• 4+ years project management experience on large contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide special program budget support and CFO compliance assistance.
• Monitor portfolio execution and recommend actions to resolve funding issues.
• Support routine execution analyses and budget events (Execution Reviews, PBR/CPRs).
• Prepare and deliver verbal and written communications to FMZ leadership.
