Qualifications

• 10 years performing analyses in finance and accounting functions such as Budget Formulation, Budget Justification, Budget Execution, and Tracking/Reviewing.
• 10 years using federal financial/accounting systems, preference with updating accounts, records, reports, and controls.
• 2 years working in SAP environment.
• 4-year Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Government PEM. Provide budget analyst functions to support funding execution and tracking.
• Provide analysis, recommendations, and tracking of program funding.
• Understand DoD PPBE processes and financial management regulations and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Administer requests for distribution of funds to field organizations.
• Support budget formulation activity, including analysis and estimates of annual funding needs.
• Track and report open commitments, obligations, expenditures, program budgets, and contract reconciliation.
