Job summary

Department of Business and Professional Regulation in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an Operations Management Consultant II to provide budget coordination, administrative support, and office management for the Division of Financial Operations.

You will act as a liaison between offices, prepare quarterly spending plans, analyze financial data, coordinate budget training, and support long-range planning and legislative budget requests.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, financial analysis, budget development, or administrative functions.
• Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, financial data analysis, and basic mathematics.
• Experience with data collection, entry, and administrative functions including personnel and purchasing.
• Ability to perform technical and fiscal analyses and develop budgetary revisions.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree with focus in business or finance.
