Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Florida Certified Contract Manager or able to obtain within 6 months.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations of office procedures to improve efficiency.
• Provide grant management support and high‑level tracking of federal funds for ORCP programs.
• Track subawards/contracts and facilitate contract/grants processes including approvals, reviews, and closeouts.
• Coordinate with regional budget coordinators and grant managers to ensure proper fund management across programs.
• Provide training and cross‑training on grant procedures and DEP processes.
• Assist with program budget support for Clean Boating and Resilient Florida.
