Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Southeastern Ohio is seeking a Budget Analyst to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the organization. You will work with department leaders to ensure fiscal discipline and compliant grant spending.

The role requires at least two years of accounting or financial analysis experience, and a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits are offered, with travel within the service area as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school degree or GED equivalent is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.
• 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping experience, or financial analysis are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews budget proposals and funding requests for external funding, including grants.
• Prepares comprehensive reports relating to budgets, revisions, and budget performance.
• Monitors budgets and notifies leadership of variances.
• Oversee expenditure and identify trends in spending.
• Enters budget amendments and runs queries/reports using Financial Edge or Yardi.
• Tracks and records grant expenditures.
• Supports Accounts Receivable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry.
