Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Southeastern Ohio is hiring a Budget Analyst to strengthen financial management across the organization. The role focuses on creating and analyzing budgets to support strategic decision-making, issuing detailed monthly reports, monitoring expenditures, and forecasting needs to optimize costs.

You will oversee grant spending, ensure compliance with funding requirements, and partner with the Corporate Controller and Financial Manager to produce budgets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related fields.
• 2 years accounting/financial analysis experience required.
• Experience in accounting or financial management fields required.
• Advanced computer skills in Excel and accounting databases required.
• Knowledge of payroll, A/P and A/R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and review budget proposals and funding requests, including grants.
• Prepare detailed reports on budgets, revisions and performance.
• Participate in operating budget preparation and revisions.
• Monitor budgets and notify leadership of variances.
• Oversee expenditures and identify spending trends.
• Provide technical support to managers and enter budget amendments.
• Assist with grant expenditures, close-out reporting, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Corporate Controller/Financial Manager on budgets and forecasts.
• Travel within designated service area; perform other duties as assigned.
