Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with report generation and presentation of complex statistical information.
• Knowledge of current modern principles, practices, and methods of budgeting.
• Ability to resolve budget related matters in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the maintenance of the District’s annual budget development and monitor financial performance.
• Prepare various statistical and comparative analyses and track positions and funding.
• Oversee budget operations, data reconciliation, and automated system processes.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on managing budgeted positions and policy compliance.
• Provide guidance to budget heads and staff to address budgeting and forecasting needs.
