• Coordinate state submissions for annual operating budgets and reports.
• Assist with personnel budget tasks and compensation matters.
• Collaborate with HR, SFCC administration and regulators on fiscal operations.
• Support development of multi-year financial plans and capital budgets.
• Ensure conformance to HED standards and legal requirements.
• Provide financial vision and direction for SFCC operations.
