The role oversees budgets, contracts, procurements, and reporting while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal controls. Typical schedule is weekdays 7:30 AM–4:30 PM with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• Four years of related professional experience may substitute for the required degree.
• Five years of professional experience in finance, budgeting, accounting, contracts, procurement, grants, auditing or a related financial field.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, manages, and evaluates all departmental financial programs and services.
• Manages budgeting, accounting, contracts, procurement, grants, and financial reporting.
• Performs analyses of financial information, trends, funding, costs and recommends strategies.
