Red Rocks Community College seeks a Director of Budget to lead budget development, forecasting, position control, and institutional financial analysis. You will coordinate annual processes, build financial models, monitor performance, and provide data-driven guidance across the college.

The role requires advanced budgeting expertise, strong Excel skills, and experience in financial reporting, enrollment forecasting, and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in finance or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in budgeting, financial planning, accounting, financial analysis, or fiscal management.
• Experience developing and managing large, complex budgets.
• Experience presenting financial information to stakeholders and supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the College's budget development, financial forecasting, position control, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate the annual budget process and develop financial models and forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and provide data-driven analyses to inform decisions.
• Oversee budget administration, enrollment/revenue forecasting, personnel budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare state and system budget submissions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with academic/administrative departments, HR, IR, Accounting, and others to support resource planning.
