Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 7 years of experience in a related field are required.

Responsabilités

• Annual Budget Development & Resource Planning: Lead the development and preparation of the College’s annual operating and all-funds budgets in partnership with the Associate Vice President for Finance and College leadership.
• Position Control & Compensation Planning: Lead the financial administration and reconciliation of position budgets in partnership with Human Resources and other Finance colleagues.
• Management Reporting, Forecasting & Performance Analysis: Lead the College’s monthly management reporting and forecasting processes, including budget-to-actual variance analysis, trend analysis, projections, and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Long-Range Financial Modeling & Scenario Planning: Develop and maintain all-funds financial models across a rolling five-year planning horizon and perform scenario analyses.
• Strategic Decision Support & Benchmarking: Provide financial analyses to evaluate initiatives and benchmark performance against peers.
• FP&A Operations & Process Improvement: Lead process improvements, scalable Excel models, data automation, and staff guidance.
