Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Financial Services Budget Execution Analyst in the Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA). The role focuses on developing, executing, and monitoring budgets, spend plans, contracts, and financial commitments to support a directorate’s financial operations within the Intelligence Community.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• BA with 12–15 years of experience or Masters with 10–13 years; additional experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years government budgeting experience within the Intelligence Community.
• Experience with the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution Process (IPPBE).

Responsibilities

• Support budget program execution and provide insights for analysis and reporting of financial activities.
• Craft spend plans and monitor execution; record interagency agreements for transactions.
• Document financial commitments and ensure accurate processing of payments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute budgets and generate detailed funding and activity reports.
• Develop fiscal guidance and scheduling for each budget phase.
• Maintain interagency agreements tracking and resolve outstanding obligations.
