Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in finance-related roles or 10–13 years with a Master's degree.
• Minimum 7-10 years in government budgeting, including 3-5 years in the Intelligence Community.
• Proven expertise in government budget execution and understanding of IPPBE.
