Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Financial Services Budget Formulation & Execution Analyst within the Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA). The role focuses on developing, formulating, executing, and monitoring budgets, with deep involvement in IPPBE processes and ongoing financial optimization for IC programs.

The successful candidate will liaise with government stakeholders, craft budget submissions, track spending, and produce detailed budget reports for NIP programs and IC components.

Qualifications

• BA degree or higher in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Master’s degree in a pertinent field with extensive relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert insights to support analysis and reporting of financial activities and budgets.
• Assist in crafting spending plans and closely monitor financial execution.
• Record and track interagency agreements for economy act and other transactions.
• Document financial commitments, obligations, and expenses with precision.
• Ensure accurate processing of transactions and certify payments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align budgets with programmatic goals.
