Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting for Intelligence Community or government programs.
• Strong understanding of financial forecasting, appropriations, and obligations.
• Ability to develop spend plans and monitor execution across multiple components.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert insights to support analysis and reporting of financial activities and budget.
• Assist in crafting spend plans and monitor execution activities.
• Record and track interagency agreements for Economy Act and other transactions.
• Document financial commitments, obligations, and expenses with accuracy.
• Prepare transactions and certify payments; ensure alignment with program goals.
