Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Financial Services Budget Formulation Analyst to strengthen IPPBE budgeting for national security programs. The role focuses on development, execution, and monitoring of budgets to align with IC priorities and congressional expectations.

The candidate will prepare budget narratives, support CBJB submissions, and produce briefings and talking points for interagency forums. This position requires active TS/SCI clearance and substantial IC budgeting experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Deep knowledge of government budgeting processes and IPPBE is essential.
• Experience in budget development, execution, and monitoring for large programs.
• Ability to generate and analyze budgetary reports and narratives for Congress.

Responsibilities

• Support budget program execution aligned with resources and goals.
• Generate budget reports for offices, components, and NIP programs.
• Draft narratives and inputs for CBJB to Congress.
• Contribute to CBJB missions, topics, and related sections for the NIP.
