Job summary

Analytic Solutions Group seeks a Budget Analyst SME - Execution & Formulation to lead the development, formulation, execution, and monitoring of budgets for the Intelligence Community. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing financial data, and ensuring alignment with IPPBE deadlines.

The position requires active TS/SCI clearance, advanced degrees, and extensive government budgeting experience.

Qualifications

• Current and active TS/SCI clearance w/ CI polygraph.
• BA degree and 12–15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters degree in a pertinent field with 10–13 years of experience.
• A minimum of 7-10 years working in government budgeting, with 3-5 years in the Intelligence Community.
• Proven expertise in government budget execution activities and the IPPBE process.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert insights to support analysis and reporting of a component’s financial activities and budget.
• Assist in crafting spend plans and closely monitor financial execution activities.
• Record and track interagency agreements for Economy Act and other transactions.
• Document financial commitments, obligations, and expenses with precision.
• Ensure meticulous preparation and processing of transactions, verifying and certifying payments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute budgets and ensure alignment with programmatic goals.
