Analytic Solutions Group seeks a Budget Analyst SME - Formulation to support the IPPBE process within the National Intelligence Program context. The role entails developing, executing, and monitoring budgets, analyzing resource allocations, forecasting funds, and preparing Congressional budget materials.

The ideal candidate has active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph, a finance/economics degree, and 7–10 years in government budgeting including IC experience, with strong ability to

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; 12–15 years of experience or Master's with 10–13 years.
• 7–10 years government budgeting experience; 3–5 years within the Intelligence Community.
• Experience with government budget formulation activities and IPPBE.

Responsibilities

• Support budget program execution, ensuring alignment with resources and goals.
• Generate budget reports for offices, components, and NIP programs; assist in budget submissions.
• Develop and evaluate fiscal program builds; draft CBJB narratives and inputs for Congress.
• Support CBJB National Intelligence Program missions and related sections.
• Create talking points, briefings, reports for the NIP in interagency forums.
• Track congressional legislation and its impact on the NIP budget.
