Council of District Attorneys is seeking a Budget Manager to develop, guide, and oversee the agency’s budgeting and financial management operations. You will translate statewide priorities into sound budgets and provide reliable financial information to support prosecution functions in North Carolina.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and three years of related budgeting experience.
Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting skills.
Ability to communicate complex budgets clearly to leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead the budgeting function for the Council of District Attorneys.
Develop and implement budgeting policies and procedures.
Coordinate with state budget partners and agency staff on budget adjustments.
Prepare budget requests, narratives, and supporting analyses.
Monitor monthly forecasts and provide recommendations to leadership.
Oversee financial systems, reporting, and data accuracy.
Supervise budget personnel and manage program budgets.
