Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is seeking a Budget Analyst to ensure effective financial management across the organization in Southeastern Ohio. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, grant expenditures, and reporting to support strategic decisions and fiscal discipline.

Responsibilities include detailed monthly budget reports, variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements while collaborating with leadership and program managers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis experience.
• Experience in accounting or other financial management fields is required.
• Knowledge of grants management and close-out reporting is preferred.
• Advanced understanding of applicable laws and regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews budget proposals and funding requests for external funding, including grants.
• Prepares comprehensive reports related to budgets, revisions, and performance.
• Monitors budgets and notifies leadership of variances.
• Enters budget amendments and runs queries/reports using Financial Edge or Yardi.
• Tracks and records grant expenditures and ensures compliance with funding requirements.
• Supports corporate finance team with budgets and forecasts as requested.
