Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Budget Analyst to manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and forecast financial needs across the organization. You will prepare detailed monthly reports, analyze variances, and assist with grant budgeting and close-out activities in a collaborative, community-focused setting.

The role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with financial systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews budgets and funding requests, including grants.
• Produces detailed monthly budget reports and revisions.
• Monitors expenditures and variances; assists with forecast planning.
• Oversees grant spending and related close-out reporting.
• Interfaces with funders to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
