Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Southeastern, OH is seeking a Budget Analyst to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and grant accounting across the organization. The role focuses on creating and analyzing budgets to support strategic decisions and fiscal discipline.

Responsibilities include monthly budget reporting, monitoring expenditures, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with funders’ requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis experience required.
• Advanced Excel and accounting databases knowledge; ability to monitor budgets and grant expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and review budget proposals and funding requests for external funding.
• Prepare detailed reports on budgets, revisions, and performance.
• Monitor budgets, grant expenditures, and variances; notify leadership.
• Enter budget amendments and run queries in Financial Edge or Yardi.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements and assist with grant close-out reporting.
• Travel within designated service area.
