Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Budget Analyst to oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and grant management across the organization. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning in a community-based behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities include preparing detailed monthly budget reports, monitoring expenditures, and forecasting future needs to optimize costs.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis experience required.
• Experience in accounting or financial management fields required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews budget proposals and funding requests, including grants.
• Prepares reports on budgets, revisions, and performance.
• Monitors budgets and notifies leadership of variances.
• Oversees expenditures and analyzes spending trends.
• Interfaces with funders to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Generates and monitors budget to actual financial activity.
