Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Budget Analyst to strengthen financial management across the organization. The role focuses on creating and analyzing budgets to support strategic decisions and fiscal discipline, with monthly budget reports, expenditure monitoring, and forecasting.

The Budget Analyst will also oversee grant spending, assist with grant close-out reporting, ensure compliance, and support managers with financial data, reporting, and budgeting

Qualifications

• A high school degree or GED equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.
• 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping experience, or financial analysis are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews budget proposals and funding requests for external funding, including but not limited to grants
• Prepares comprehensive and detailed reports relating to the preparation and submission of budgets, budget revisions, budget performance, etc.
• Monitors budgets and notifies leadership of significant variances
• Oversee expenditure and identify trends in spending
• Generates and monitors the budget to actual financial activities
