Kraft Heinz in Chicago is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for the AFH&I (Away From Home and Ingredients) Category Finance team. You will own key financial analysis, own the P&L for the BU, and partner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management and Operations to help drive the business forward.

Responsibilities include forecasting unconstrained demand with internal and market perspectives, advising on pricing and promotions, analyzing P&L performance across volume, mix, pricing and investments,

Qualifications

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of Finance related experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint, SAP, Tableau/PowerBI and Excel capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing and Sales to forecast unconstrained demand and market share.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales Finance on pricing and promotions.
• Analyze P&L performance across volume, mix, pricing, trade, and investments.
• Drive FP&A routines with KPIs and reporting for the BU.
• Develop reporting packages to provide insights and standardize platforms.
• Support long-term strategic planning and capital investments within the BU.
