Job summary

Paramount Pictures through CBS Television Stations group seeks an Account Executive beginning a career in broadcast and streaming sales. You'll represent WWJ (CBS Detroit) and WKBD (CW Detroit 50) locally, with reach across Paramount+ and Pluto TV Publisher assets.

You will grow existing business and create new revenue in linear and streaming platforms, secure renewals, cross-sell, and develop client-focused solutions while collaborating with internal teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in advertising sales or support with broadcast and OTT streaming products experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in business development.
• Depth in structuring and owning the sales cycle to closing business.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing and create new business in linear and First Party streaming platforms.
• Secure contract renewals with increased market share through cross-selling/up selling additional platforms and solutions.
• Develop and execute strategies for maximizing high-profile properties (sports, awards, etc.).
• Maximize revenue using network prime specials and major events.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Create, develop, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Explore innovative and non-traditional revenue avenues.
• Create customized client-focused solutions that demonstrate Paramount’s value.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment with internal teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
