Job summary

CBS News and Stations in Pittsburgh is seeking an Account Executive to drive local ad sales across CBS O&O, Paramount+/Pluto TV. You will hunt new business, build direct client and agency relationships, and close multi-market deals that reach coast to coast with integrated streaming options.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in local media sales, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting revenue targets. Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business across local, regional, and national categories; build direct client and agency relationships.
• Sell across CBS O&O broadcast, Paramount+ and Pluto TV in a single, integrated pitch.
• Manage multi-market opportunities using the 17-market CBS O&O footprint.
• Own pipeline, forecast accurately, and hit quarterly revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Integrated Marketing, Traffic, and Account Management for seamless campaigns.
• Stay ahead of market trends in linear and streaming spaces.
