Mosquito Authority is seeking a Branch Manager in Irving, TX to oversee operations across Dallas–Fort Worth and Tyler markets. You will drive branch performance, lead a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional service while meeting safety and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong operational leadership, revenue growth focus, and experience managing budgets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction in a franchise environment.

Responsabilités

• Grow business and meet/surpass sales targets across Irving and surrounding markets.
• Lead service delivery, ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to protocols.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and safety standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; conduct performance reviews and improvement plans.
• Track KPIs, manage regional budgets and revenue targets; implement corrective actions.
