• Drive growth and meet or exceed sales targets across Dallas–Fort Worth and Tyler markets.
• Oversee service delivery and customer retention, ensuring high standards and timely responses.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including licensing and safety protocols.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance reviews across both branches to align with company goals.
• Monitor KPIs, manage regional budgets and revenue targets, and implement corrective actions.
