Orkin in Keller, TX seeks an inspirational Branch Manager to lead a high-performance team and grow a local pest management business. You’ll drive sales and service execution, motivate staff, and balance budget while aligning with company goals and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in sales or operations.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of a branch upon completion of training.
• Provide leadership and strategic focus through motivation and accountability for sales and service teams.
• Drive customer retention through development of a motivated team dedicated to Customer Service and Retention.
• Mentor and develop team members through evaluations, coaching and training.
• Manage Profit and Loss statements and invest in growth while balancing expenses margins.
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement.
• Recruit, select and train sales, service and customer service staff.
