Mosquito and Pest Authority is seeking a Branch Manager in Irving, TX to oversee operations across the Dallas–Fort Worth and Tyler markets. You will lead growth, service delivery, safety, compliance, and team development, aligning with company goals.

The ideal candidate is an operational leader who can grow revenue, build a high-performing team, deliver excellent customer service, and manage performance against financial and operational targets.

• Drive growth and meet or exceed sales targets across both locations.
• Develop strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors and Franchisor Support Staff on customer acquisition and retention.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure teams follow operational protocols and best practices.
• Partner with the Customer Service team to support effective routing, prompt response times, and exceptional customer service.
• Develop and refine retention strategies.
• Address customer concerns promptly to support customer satisfaction.
• Ensure operations comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including pest control licensing requirements and safety protocols.
• Promote a strong safety culture through training, regular meetings, and safety program audits.
• Help recruit, train, and mentor key staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans when needed.
• Oversee day-to-day market operations and keep both branches aligned with company goals.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports.
• Manage regional budgets, revenue targets, and cost controls.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop corrective action plans.

About the role

Mosquito and Pest Authority is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to oversee operations and performance across our Dallas–Fort Worth and Tyler, Texas markets. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you’ll lead regional growth, service delivery, safety, compliance, and team development while keeping both branches aligned with company goals.

Key responsibilities

Growth and sales

• Drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets across both locations.

Required qualification
