Job summary

Versacor Enterprises, LLC, a rapidly growing provider of Managed Pest Solutions for commercial businesses, seeks an experienced operations leader to guide a branch in Fort Worth.

You will coach teams, optimize route planning, ensure compliance, manage budgets, strengthen client relationships, and pursue growth opportunities while representing the company at events. This role requires 5+ years of management experience, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in service, operations, or route-based industries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of creating and delivering professional presentations.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening (initial and ongoing).
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop operations personnel to achieve high performance and career growth.
• Foster a culture that reflects Versacor’s leadership principles in every action and decision.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new associates; ensure they are properly trained and equipped for success.
• Oversee route planning, scheduling, and vehicle maintenance to maximize service team efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and ensure timely completion of all required reports and documentation.
• Drive the branch to achieve or exceed budgeted goals with emphasis on profitability and cost control.
• Support the accounts receivable process and ensure accurate financial management at the branch level.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem resolution.
• Represent Versacor at marketing events, trade shows, and seminars to promote brand awareness and growth.
• Identify new business opportunities within the branch territory and manage sales associates pursuing those opportunities
