First Financial Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager for our Montclair branch to lead a team of 3–6 staff toward outstanding service goals. You will oversee branch operations, comply with federal and state regulations, and guide staff in sales and service strategies.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and a proactive approach to community banking, with opportunities for personal development and process improvement.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Two years of prior Branch Manager experience in banking.
• Knowledge of Credit Union operations.
• Audit experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in teams to analyze business and personnel information.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop employees to enhance cross-selling abilities, sales knowledge, and overall sales performance.
• Coaching and developing staff members, e.g., Personal Development Plans.
• Build team culture and promote a positive branch environment.
• Assist members with completing documents; maintain branch operations, audits, vaults, and cash handling.
