Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of Credit Union operations and auditing.
• Strong supervisory and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Open and close branch per policies.
• Coach and develop employees to cross-sell and improve sales.
• Assist Branch Manager with staff development and Personal Development Plans.
• Build a positive team culture and ensure employee satisfaction.
• Assist with branch operations, audits, and cash handling.
• Direct daily activities and staffing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with equal employment laws.
