Commercial Kitchen Parts & Service seeks a Branch Manager to oversee a Texas branch, driving profitability, leadership, and day‑to‑day operations. You will manage team performance, budgets, and customer service, ensuring compliance and strategic growth.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in related service industries, 3+ years in management, and a strong background in planning, communication, and MS Office tools. This role requires local travel and a dedication to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• AA/AS Degree preferred
• 7+ years work experience in a related service industry
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Driving record acceptable under auto liability insurance guidelines
• Background Check acceptable by client standards to access facilities

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and motivate branch team members to achieve goals
• Manage branch P&L and operating budget, address issues
• Ensure billing, warranties, and credits are processed accurately
• Monitor KPIs and ensure accountability across the branch
• Oversee bids, estimates, proposals, and profitability
• Lead interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Ensure fleet maintenance and regulatory compliance
• Conduct performance reviews and provide development
• Implement disciplinary actions per policies
• Travel to customer locations and address concerns
• Partner with Business Development to pursue opportunities
• Represent Commercial Kitchen with professionalism
