Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years in relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with proven track record and increased responsibilities.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to win new and existing clients; align with SLAs and client needs.
• Coach and develop branch staff; manage recruitment and performance to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgeting, cost control, and forecast revenue/expenses.
