Job summary

Consensys is seeking a business development professional to own pipeline with financial institutions, research prospects, and qualify opportunities across access, execution, interoperability, and network services. You’ll coordinate with engineering and leadership, keeping deals moving through discovery, RFPs, and due diligence while maintaining accurate forecasts.

We value strong written communication and a practical, no-nonsense approach to complex tokenized finance concepts.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in B2B tech sales or client-facing roles at financial institutions.
• Knowledge of institutional finance: trade lifecycle, settlement, custody, collateral.
• Curiosity about on-chain infrastructure and tokenized assets.
• Strong written communication; concise emails and notes.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline with banks, custodians, asset managers and market infrastructures.
• Research accounts before conversations to map settlement stacks and tokenization relevance.
• Qualify opportunities against access, execution, interoperability and network services.
• Support live deal cycles: discovery notes, meetings, follow-ups, RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Maintain pipeline stages, next steps and accurate forecast.
• Translate client needs between business and engineering teams.
• Create outbound materials with Marketing and Product.
• Engage in events and ecosystem presence with industry partners.
• Capture client feedback for the Product roadmap.
• Use AI for research, mapping and meeting prep with high accuracy.
