Job summary

Offchain Labs is seeking a Corporate Development Senior Associate to identify, evaluate, and execute blockchain solutions at scale. You will screen targets, lead due diligence across engineering, product, legal, and finance, and help structure and negotiate transactions.

In this role you will own post‑merger integration, support fundraising readiness, and craft strategic business cases with market analyses. A fast-paced, remote‑first environment with NY office flexibility awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or owning M&A or fundraising processes with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong financial modeling and market sizing skills, even with limited public data.
• Fluency in crypto with crypto-native work experience preferred.
• Ability to build executive-ready decks and communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and high ownership in a small, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A and strategic investment activity end to end, including diligence and deal structuring.
• Own post-merger integration planning and execution to realize deal objectives.
• Assist in fundraising prep, data rooms, financial models, and KPI reporting.
• Develop strategic business cases with market analysis and execution roadmaps.
• Provide external market views to inform leadership decisions and strategy memos.
• Drive internal strategy communications and track execution against priorities.
• Establish scalable processes to enhance corporate development capabilities.
• Build relationships with blockchain founders and industry leaders.
