Job summary

Paradigm is recruiting for a Business Development role focused on institutional crypto markets. You will nurture client relationships, drive new opportunities across the Americas, and onboard clients while coordinating with Engineering, Product, QA and Compliance. A NYC-based candidate base is preferred.

You will educate clients on product features, deliver timely reporting, and collaborate with a globally distributed team to scale our liquidity network.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the crypto landscape, derivatives, and sales & trading workflows.
• Proven experience: 2+ years on an institutional sales desk with options brokerage experience, and at least 1 year within crypto institutional sales.
• Strong connections within the crypto community and a track record of leveraging relationships to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, managing onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Business Development: Drive new opportunities and expand existing relationships across the Americas.
• Client Onboarding and Education: Conduct onboarding sessions to educate clients on product features and workflows.
• Reporting and Coordination: Prepare reports for management and liaise between clients and internal teams.
