Metrics Recruitment is recruiting for a senior role based in New York, hybrid, focusing on redefining capital markets infrastructure with blockchain. The role drives strategic partnerships with banks, asset managers, and market infrastructure providers to deploy institutional blockchain solutions.

You will lead end-to-end deal negotiations, shape partner ecosystems, and collaborate across product, engineering, and trading teams to enable market-ready use cases and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in capital markets with traditional finance background.
• Deep understanding of digital assets and blockchain applications in institutional finance.
• Proven track record of partnering and closing complex deals.
• Established network of senior executives in financial institutions.
• Strong business development and deal lifecycle management.
• Ability to rapidly grasp tech products and communicate value to partners.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to capital markets strategy and set priorities.
• Build strategic partnerships with investment banks and market providers to drive blockchain adoption.
• Identify new business opportunities at the intersection of capital markets and blockchain.
• Lead complex deal negotiations with senior executives from financial institutions.
