Sikich is seeking a Tax Principal for US locations in Chicago/Naperville/Northern Illinois. The role reports to the Managing Principal and leads key client engagements with a focus on revenue growth and strategic client solutions.

Required are a BA/BS in a relevant field, 10+ years in professional services, CPA certification for accounting principals, and proven leadership with portfolio management and client development. Exceptional communication and integrity are essential.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree required in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• CPA certification required for accounting principals; other relevant certifications preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience with client engagements and business development.
• Strong understanding of professional services delivery and client lifecycle.

• Serve as the primary contact for key clients, fostering long term relationships.
• Translate client needs into actionable strategies and solutions.
• Manage client expectations, resolve escalations, and ensure value delivery.
• Conduct executive presentations and facilitate strategic discussions.
• Develop and execute account strategies to increase revenue and client impact.
• Oversee engagement profitability, resource utilization, and portfolio health.
