The ideal candidate has 3+ years of top-performing sales experience, a bachelor's degree preferred, and a willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a top sales performer.
• ASO or Payroll services sales experience.
• Commercial Insurance sales knowledge, Workers' Compensation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of top sales performance.
• Valid driver's license with automobile insurance; travel ~85% locally.

Responsibilities

• Find, engage, and close new client prospects
• Build a channel of referral partner relationships that generates leads
• Develop 5+ business development meetings per week to build a referral network
• Align prospective clients with business units to determine best-fit
• Create and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed goals
• Coordinate initial contacts, calls, meetings, and schedules with teams
• Develop a referral network plan in 60-90 days
• Bring on 2-3 new clients per month after training
• Drive top line revenue for the branch
