Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supplier management with ownership of processes.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing in regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP, inventory controls, and supplier negotiations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across the organization and lead improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement execution for raw materials, consumables, services, and capital equipment.
• Lead supplier selection, price reviews, purchasing coordination, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory teams to meet GMP/ISO requirements.
• Provide purchasing visibility to support inventory planning and logistics.
• Support cross-functional leadership and readiness for new product introductions.
• Lead process improvements to reduce costs and scale operations.
