Job summary

Made Scientific, a leader in cell therapy CDMO, seeks a Procurement Manager to own day‑to‑day procurement for Princeton site, including materials, services, and capital equipment. You will drive supplier performance, cost control, and process discipline across multi‑site operations.

The role requires hands‑on procurement experience, strong analytics, and ability to partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Development to ensure GMP‑compliant supply chains and timely material availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supplier management.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day procurement execution for raw materials, services, and capital equipment.
• Lead supplier selection support, pricing reviews, purchasing coordination, and supplier performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure GMP, ISO and regulatory compliance.
• Provide procurement visibility to support inventory planning and stock-level decisions.
