Job summary

The Central Billing Coordinator champions client billing and practice management of all services provided by the firm, collaborating with CRLs and engagement teams to process invoices and resolve billing issues.

You'll review billing information, ensure accuracy, monitor WIP, prepare reports, and assist with revenue cycle management.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday or similar PSA software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to understand billing expectations and industry standards.
• Review billing information to identify discrepancies or errors and correct them.
• Maintain accurate billing records and files.
• Process and monitor invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and submit reports on billing activities and trends.
• Assist on items such as new client setup, data validation, and Billing Schedules maintenance.
• Support revenue cycle management tasks as needed.
