Job summary

CLA is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator II in Cedar Rapids, IA to champion client billing and practice management across services. You will collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to ensure timely, accurate invoicing and resolve billing discrepancies.

Responsible for maintaining billing records, analyzing trends, and supporting the entire revenue cycle, including A/R postings and adjustments. Training of Coordinators and process improvements are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience required.
• 2 years of billing or accounting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams on billing expectations and trends.
• Maintain accurate billing records and identify discrepancies.
• Analyze billing data to improve profitability and accuracy.
• Process and monitor invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with billing schedules and prepaid, installment, and WIP monitoring.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing discrepancies.
• Support revenue cycle activities including A/R postings and adjustments.
• Provide training to Coordinators and contribute to training materials.
• Participate in firm-wide financial process implementations.
