Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree in accounting; 3–5 years in billing/accounts receivable/collections preferred.
• Experience: manufacturing experience a plus; 3–5 years in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Billing and invoicing using accounting software; IQMS experience a plus.
• Monitor AR aging, pursue past-due accounts, and initiate collections.
• Process payments (checks, ACH, wires, credit cards).
• Investigate billing issues and coordinate with Sales/Accounts.
