Job summary

CertaSite is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a fully on-site role at our Columbus, Ohio corporate office. You will manage open invoices, resolve billing questions, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely payments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AR/Collections, strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook. On-site work, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable/Collections experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to follow through and follow up on open items.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Well-organized and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Good math/numerical ability to analyze customer billings.
• Proficient in Word and Outlook; strong Excel skills (Pivot tables & VLOOKUPs a plus).
• Sage Intacct experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make phone calls, send emails, and communicate with customers on open invoices.
• Research customer questions to help resolve issues and secure payment of invoices.
• Coordinate with operations teams across locations to provide answers and feedback regarding customer communications.
• Cross-train in operating various systems to update customer records and provide invoice information.
• Reconcile high-dollar, high-volume customer accounts between billings, payments, and adjustments.
• Assist in Cash Application using Sage Intacct as needed.
• Maintain minimum customer contacts on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• On-site in Corporate Office; daily commute required.
