Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Billing & Collections Analyst I to support government and commercial billing, invoicing, and receivables. You will produce timely bills for contracts, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with Contracts, General Ledger, Program Finance, Accounts Payable, and others to resolve issues.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, 3–5 years of government billing experience, and ERP experience (PeopleSoft, Oracle, IPP, WAWF).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years of Government billing experience with ERP exposure.
• Experience with government regulations and contract types is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with team to support government and commercial customer bills.
• Produce timely customer bills for assigned contracts.
• Perform collection of receivables and monitor reconciliations.
• Maintain documentation in systems and coordinate with Contracts, GL, and AP.
